Flavorful Duck Legs, Moist and Juicy!
PACKAGE OF SIX DUCK LEGS
These delicious duck legs (and partial thigh) confit are lightly seasoned and slowly cooked in duck fat, resulting in moist and tender meat. Duck legs confit are best heated in a frying pan on medium heat, fat side down, cooked until the skin is very crispy and golden brown. Turn over just long enough to heat through.
Use in Cassoulet or serve with mashed potatoes and cooked apples or salad with fruit and nuts.
