Truffle and Parmesan Tater Tots Bringing life into the classic tater tot, with a twist of fancy truffle oil!!!!   Ingredients 2 cups Frozen tater tots 2-3 tsp truffle oil ¼ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese Parsley Pinch of salt (truffle salt is great too)   Instructions: Cook tater tots according to package instructions. (I normally cooked mine a little longer for extra crispiness on the outside).
